Jon Slattery is IRISH and has the accent to prove it. His career began his career in radio covering the entire spectrum - production, presenting and voiceovers. During this illustrious period Jon won numerous prestigious awards and held senior positions in two of the number one radio stations in Ireland amongst others.

Prior to his freelance escapades, Jon worked for the Irish National TV channel as a continuity announcer and Presenter and continues to be the main male voiceover for RTE1. Through his own innovation and tenacity Jon produced, wrote and presented his own weekly video music show, 2TV Classics for Network 2 along with presenting the flagship 2 hour live music video show 2TV on numerous occasions. Plus, of course, Jon has extensive experience in Corporate Presentation and Voiceovers.

PRESENT

Currently Jon is doing freelance work for a plethora of Channels/programmes both presenting and in a voiceover capacity including:

At the moment, Jon is reporting for BBC1's PRIME TIME travel show HOLIDAY. He is fronting a new pilot for a brand new series for BBC Daytime called GOOD WILLS HUNTING and he has already started filming a new 10 part series for DISCOVERY CHANNEL.

Plus the documentary SHATTERED SMILES - SRI LANKA AFTER TSUNAMI that he fronted and produced is in the process of being sold to broadcasters around the world.
